Yes. Every new account gets one digital tag. You only pay if you want more.
How do I buy a digital QR tag online?
Sign in on web.mytags.io or open the MyTags app, go to Tags and choose a pack. You pay once, and the tags appear in your account straight away.
Why can’t I buy digital tags in the shop?
The shop sells physical products shipped in India. Digital tags are paid through a separate checkout for digital goods, inside your MyTags account on the web or in the app.
Do digital tags expire?
No. Pay once and keep them. You can link, unlink and move them between items whenever you like.
Can I print the same tag more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need — every copy opens the same finder page.
Are prices the same everywhere?
Packs are priced in rupees in India and in US dollars everywhere else. Prices include tax.
Will a digital QR tag share my phone number or email?
No. Every message routes through MyTags. The finder can contact you, but your phone number, email and name stay private in both directions.
